What is active english?

Since the launch of our Active Math program we have had a massive success and we have seen the children really benefit from our program.

That is why we decided to run an adapted version to help children who are struggling with the English curriculum to raise their attainment.

This program puts current, real-life English into manageable and meaningful classroom outcomes, helping you to successfully implement exciting and engaging English for all of your learners. It helps to support progress and attainment across the whole school, and raises aspirations to narrow the learning gap.

This is usually a one hour slot during School time. The program is suitable for all abilities and can be tailored to suit the individual requirements of your school. Schools have benefited from our program because they can ustilise the schools Pupil premium grant, Primary PE and Sports Premium.

Gifted and talented children benefit from booster sessions to reach the highest grades, while lower achieving pupils can improve their confidence as well as their English skills,benefiting from an alternative learning environment that’s proven to increase both confidence and ability.
