PPA cover is a vital part of a teachers week, that non contact time to plan, prepare and assess their children’s work.
But, in todays current economic climate and with the pressure on schools to provide quality provision, its a tough task to get high quality provision that adds value to the schools day.

Please note that the Association for Physical Education (afPE) and the Secretary of State does not consider employing coaches or specialist teachers to cover PPA as a sustainable and effective use of the Primary and PE Sport Premium.
