BDM Role Resources

This role ties in with our new Community Kickstarters Project. Community Kickstarters is our version of the Kickstart initiative set up by the government to enable young people to gain meaningful work experience and subsequent employment.

Along with our community and school based growth, we have set up as an independent training provider and will be employing up to 150 young people training as Community KickStarters and then deploying them into the community. 

For us at Prosports, we see this as the perfect opportunity to have a holistic approach to business development, we can provide free sports coaches to partners, increase our boots on the ground, as well as running programmes to activate communities at a granular, micro and then macro level. 

What the BDM role will be, is working with current and existing partners to increase capacity using this newly developed resource and creating ongoing relationships off the back of it. You will have a team of people to support you in various roles in the diagram below.
