With all the problems that Covid has brought, Prosports Solutions and a range of partners are looking to help everyone get active. This has been a tough time for everyone and from a mental, physical and emotional health, we know everyone needs to be active.
So with our partners we are going to be offering free sports provision and physical activity sessions across Essex, whether you are a school, a nursery, a scout group, a care home, a family or even if you want to get active on your own, whatever you want we will try and do.
