Pools for Schools Co-ordinator

Swimming has been a problem in primary schools for years and with the recent pandemic, it has only worsened. We have sourced an innovative solution to take swimming to schools.

We will be taking our pools to schools and over a shorter period teaching children and their families how to swim. This role will be coordinating with schools for the set-up and delivery of sessions, recruitment and training of the swim team and monitoring of the programmes.

But we want to hear your passion and your ideas. For this interview you will need to prepare a 5 - 10 presentation on how you would work with these families to help ensure we can make an active change to their life.
