Pools for Schools swim teacher training program 

Swimming has been a problem in primary schools for years and with the recent pandemic, it has only worsened. We have sourced an innovative solution to take swimming to schools.

We will be taking our pools to schools and over a shorter period teaching children and their families how to swim. We will begin by supporting our experienced teachers, covering the absence of staff and eventually leading your own pool program.

You will be joining a wider team of coaches with an unrivalled track record of success with school programmes. whilst working within a smaller friendly team of swim teachers and co ordinators.

Location

There will be 2 areas covered, East London and South Essex. There may be occasions were you are required to travel outside this area, however, we will try and keep you within these areas.

The first 6 week period of this role will be based in Basildon and Canvey Island.

January 17th - Pool build training - Basildon
January 18th - Pool Plant Level 1 (online course)
January 19th/20th - Level 2 community Activator coach (online course)
January 21st - Reach Rescue Althorne

January 24th - 11th Feb - swim teacher placement at Rydene school, Vange.
